DVR drops first letter of folder and creates a new folder for each recording of an event

Don’t use a naked drive letter as the source folder for your library. Always use a subfolder.

Isn’t “T:/Recorded TV” a subfolder? How do I need to change this? Thanks

You definitely have one of your TV show libraries pointed to naked T:.

If you create a new subfolder inside T: and then point a new library to that folder, it will cause issues. As T: is already a part of another library.
