DVR causes frequent hangs

I’m running Plex on a Drobo 5N. Have a new HDHomeRun Extend. Recording Schedule has about 20 recordings per day. Sometimes simultaneous.

About once every 1-3 days, Plex seems to hang: recordings are no longer made; clients say the server is unavailable; Drobo Dashboard says the app is running, but it doesn’t respond to attempts to stop it; even the /usr/bin/DroboApps.sh script doesn’t seem to have any affect. I have to restart the device to get things working again.

I can track down logs if somebody can tell me where the relevant information would be found.

Is this a common problem? Anything I can do to help fix it?

After it happens again, upon restart of the device goto Settings>Help>Download Logs and upload the zip file here.

Had a good run for a number of days, but just crashed today. Logs attached.

And another crash today…

Strangely, I noticed the Web client responding to some requests but not others for awhile before becoming totally unavailable. (So, e.g., could load the settings page but not the Discover page.)
