DVR EPG - "To be announced" / "TV Programming"

Hi,

Using SKY UK / Sky Q National Line up for DVR EPG im having a few issues…

  1. Channels showing as “to be announced” or "(channel name) “TV programming”).

Ive tried re-scans to refresh the EPG but still seeing the above.

  1. Gaps in the EPG.

When I access Plex DVR EPG data is missing on some channels at the current time, however EPG data is populated later in the day?

  1. Artwork missing from the EPG “enhanced guide”, although EPG data is loaded correctly.

What is the best way to go with getting EPG data. Should i try a different provider listed within Plex DVR options or is XMLTV better?

What version of PMS do you have installed?

Latest version of PMS. Downloaded it last night, installed and refreshed the DVR both last night and this morning - still having the same issues.
