DVR Guide only Shows when on server - Solved

Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun FLEX 4k

I can only get the Guide to Show up when I am using the Web Client on the Windows Server running Plex Server. I can view the guide and schedule recordings.

EDIT: I figured it out. The Time on the Windows Server was not updating properly. I set the correct time and date. Everything is working now

On all other devices (Android, Roku, Web Clients) I get nothing. “The Guide is empty”
The What’s On is working
I have tried deleting the DVR and adding it back.
I have tried refreshing the Guide.
