The TV guide used to be more or less plug and play I can’t even refresh my guide.

I am having the same issue since they changed providers and once again, released what appears to be an untested update, Try this trick - go into DVR options and select “Enhanced Guise” and save. Then click on the refresh option and see what happens. Currently, I seem to have to keep switching back and forth between the two options to get the guide to update and it is getting old.

I really do appreciate the reply but I think I’m past that point now I was advised to delete and reinstall now it won’t even go past that point of getting the guide.
So now I’m DEAD in the water
Maybe I’m old school if I pay for something I should get it. I should not have to try and fix what they sell that’s there job. Had to cancel because it looks like they don’t care anyway.

To my surprise: I tried to setup my DVR and low and behold it worked and updated. So I wish to Thank the Plex Team. 
Same here, when my guide stopped refreshing I tried to delete it and re-add. Now, Plex is stuck trying to find the right guide for my zip code
I am dead in the water too. Deleted and reinstalled DVR and can not get past zip code
@sa2000, we could use some help here. I’ve waited days to make sure this isn’t a passing glitch. I’ve also restarted my server. Every time the DVR setup process prompts for my postal code, it comes back saying “unable to fetch guide data”. If I hit “Enter” in the postal code field before it finishes fetching, the error messages is “There was a problem mapping channels”. Either way, DVR setup fails.
This was all working before the guide data failed to update
Same. here. Plex could no longer find my tuner, so I blew it away and started over. Now it sees the tuner and can scan for channels, but I get “Unable to fetch Guide data” when I enter the postal code. I’m in the US and running on a Shield. I noticed the problem 4 days ago.
I’m having the same problem. Who do we have to annoy to get this fixed?
UK Postcode LN42UH - same problem here. My EPG is incomplete. much of the programme guide for the most popular channels is just not there, so my DVR simply cannot be reliably used for program recording.
VERY FRUSTRATING!
since the above screenshots I deleted my DVR again, and reinstalled. This time choosing Freeview as my Program Guide. Still no joy. BBC1 BBC2 ITV and others are all showing no program details at all.
Exact same problem here, this is getting very frustrating.
