Last night I went to watch tv and the guide was blank. I tried to delete and re-add the HD Homerun to force Plex to download the guide data again. Unfortunately after deleting the HD Homerun I can’t add it pack. The Plex server detects the Homerun but when entering my ZIP code I get an error message “We couldn’t find Plex DVR guide data for your location at this time.” I live in a major metro area in Florida. Guide data has not been a problem in the past. Using other ZIP codes for New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles all produced the same error message. I checked and my server is up-to-date.
Has anyone else seen this? Any advice on how to resolve this problem?
