DVR incorrectly showing HD channels

Recently purchased and installed the HDHomeRun CONNECT Quatro, the HDHomeRun has detected 122 channels , 6 of which are HD (BBC ONE HD, BBC TWO HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 HD, Channel 5 HD & CBBC HD). However within Plex grid view and selecting HD Channels only I get 10 displayed but not all of the same ones, some additional and some missing (BBC One, Channel 4, Channel 5, Channel 4+1, 5 Star, 5+1, BBC ONE HD, Channel 4 HD, Channel 5 HD and BBC News).

Using Ubuntu 16.04.5, Plex Version 1.13.5.5291 (latest available when posting)

Unable to find any other posts for this, apologies if there is.

I have the same issue, and it is causing problems when recording as for instance Plex thinks BBC One (1) and BBC One HD (101) are both HD, so Plex no longer always records the HD channel instead of the SD channel. The only way to get it to record BBC One in HD is to now update all my recordings to state only use 101.

Additionally HD Homerun shows only 6 channels as HD channels, which is correct, so am not sure why Plex thinks the other channels are HD.

We are listing all channels that are streaming HD Content at the time ie at 720

This has now been fixed in Plex Web version 4.4.1

This is available in the hosted Plex Web app (through https://app.plex.tv)
