DVR : Limit to Airing Time - using wrong time-format and time-zone

Player Version#: 4.22.3 (web), 7.20.2.16712 (Android)

As shown in the screenshot below, the DVR settings to limit recording to a particular Airing Time, the wrong time formatting and zone is being used.

It’s using AM/PM notation, while the player is configured to use 24hrs notation. Also it’s off by 1 hour. Most likely due to wrong timezone or incorrect handling of daylight-saving time shift.

The same problem exists on the Android App.

Does it change in any way if you use the the more modern “hosted” web app https://app.plex.tv ?
