Shows are recording properly but I wanted to restrict a recording to only record the 6:30 show and not the 2:30 am show. Went into Modify Recording/Show Advanced and scrolled down to Limit to Airing Time. Expected to see 6:30 PM but instead it shows 7:30 PM

A change has just been released in Plex Media Server beta 1.20.0 to address the Limit to Airing Time bug

It still does not work. I set it to record a show that airs at 10::30am each week for both repeat and new airings and nothing shows up in the the recording guide. If I remove the advanced setting the the 10:30am show appears in the recording guide as well as every other time it airs.
What does not work ?
If you select the Advanced setting “Limit to Airing Time” - does it list all the correct times?
Yes it does, but will not record the episode at that time
Does this issue only exist for previously setup schedules ? If you create a brand new scheduled recording and use Limit to Air Time - will this be right?

I was able to install the α-version remotely and it appears to have fixed the problem. I removed the recording schedule for the program in question and added it new with the time restriction set to 10:30am in the advanced setting and now the recording schedule only shows the 10:30 time set to record. Whatever you did to the server appears to have fixed the problem (I will know saturday if it actually gets recorded). Thanks!
Edit: in reply to your question about whether this happened with old scheduled recordings; the recording I had originally schedules was a freshly created recording schedule, which did not show it being recorded at the 10:30am time. After I installed the alpha version of the server you sent me it worked (i did delete the scheduled recording and re-added it clean after installing the new server version).

This changes the way the problem was addressed in the earlier 1.20.0.3147 alpha.
To use the 1.20.1 version, please delete the schedules that were created with Limit Airing Time and re-create them on 1.20.1 - This is necessary because the changes to how the issue got fixed from the earlier 1.20.0.3147 alpha

N.B. Downgrading from this release may result in DVR recordings with an airing time restriction failing.
So if ever downgrading from this beta release, any DVR schedules created with “Limit to Airing Time” would need to be deleted and recreated.
Also any using the special early alpha build 1.20.0.3147 i sent out - should recreate the Limit to Airing Time schedules with the new version
(Note: there is still a Plex Web display bug relating to use of “Limit of Airing Time” where there may be occasions when the “DVR Schedule” and “Recording Priority” show the wrong times - this does not affect the actual scheduling that Plex Media Server is using and is just a Plex Web display bug that will get fixed)
