Can someone tell me where I can see if a list of program that are scheduled to DVR and/or if they successfully recorded. I can’t seem to find anything in the logs as they are way to long.
Is it possible to create a post script to tell me when a program was recorded?

You should see them in your Recording Schedule with a play icon on the show unless you moving them to some other location after recording.
You should also see them in the Recently Added TV when you first access your Plex Server.
I am able to see them there, but how do I know if a recording failed? I would like to see a history each day of shows that were recorded or failed.
I think I have made some progress in the short term. I created a windows batch file that emails me every morning with the previous days new recordings by scanning the recorded tv directory for any new files.
Can someone point me to a log file or a file that would show the scheduled recordings so I can manipulate that file to compare against the new files in the recorded tv directory. I have looked in different log files and am unable to find anything to use.
Really surprised there is not a history file to show success or failure of the DVR.
