I am trying to setup the DVR. When I go to Manage Channels I see all the channels that the HD Home Run sees. When I select all the channels and click save the save button just shows a spinning icon. I have gone though and just selected the primary channels for Chicago (5.1, 7.1, 9.1. 9.2, 11.1, 32.1, 50.1) and I am able to click save and it saves properly. If I try to add any of the other channels like 5.2, 38.1, 38.2 and try to click save the save icon just spins and I have to close out without saving. I have tried to wait and let the icon spin overnight but I can not get the other channels to save.
Any clue as to why when I select some of those channels I can not save it properly?
Other people have had luck using a different browser. I’d probably disable any add ons as well.
I tried a different browser and rescanned the channels and now it looks to be working properly.
What browser were you using that had the problem?
I have Plex on a 2012 R2 server and was using IE which gave me problems.
When I tried to access Plex from another computer I used chrome and that worked.
Ok thanks for that info. I typically use either the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox and hadn’t really noticed a problem with the web app in this area - but it has been a while since I had to do any changes in this area - hence my curiosity.
