DVR "No Upcoming Airings"

Hi,

I am having an issue recording a BBC World News episodes. I setup the DVR to record the listing through the Guide. The record button shows that it is being recorded, but in the DVR schedule it shows “No Upcoming Airings”.

I know there is a current issue with recording live events like sports stating that there is no upcoming events, but I haven’t had this issue before for other showings. As a note I have about 3 other news programs being recorded perfectly fine.

Do the episodes show in the DVR Schedule if you configure the recording to “New and Repeat Airings?” It doesn’t look like those episodes in the guide are tagged as new (which would be different issue).

That was it. Switched to new and repeat and it started showing.

Having the same issue with movies, only some will show up on the DVR schedule as pending, and others won’t, despite being on the same channel. With movies, there is no option to select “New Airings” vs “New and Repeat Airings”. That appears to be limited to TV series. I have no problem recording TV shows. Any help appreciated.
