DVR not working on Plex - but other services run fine

Server Version#: Will not load information for server
So Plex was working perfectly fine Thursday night, I could watch DVR TV while away up north. Friday night I noticed that i couldnt play live tv, although I could watch what I had stored on my NAS drive. Same issue for the rest of the weekend. Just comes up with cannot tune to channel. I use a HDHomeRun connect quad, and that is working fine as channel coming through on their app pefectly.

Come tonight I’ve tired to access the server settings to see which version i’m on, and plex will not load anything of the server settings! Plex|690x388

Bit suck on what to do know as cannot edit any settings on server and cannot access live tv

To proceed would you post logs? Since you can’t get to your server’s settings in Plex Web you will likely need to manually access the logs. This article provides information on how to find logs. If you have to manually access them then zip or tar the log directory for upload.

Is your Plex Media Server on Windows or Linux? You have this thread tagged with both.
