Is it possible yet to DVR live TV on a cloud-based Plex media server?

It’s possible if you mount your cloud storage locally.l like that post said. But to DVR directly to the cloud without an intermediate step (mount) isn’t possible.

This is not about “Plex Cloud”.
The user has installed the normal desktop version on his ‘root server’, which is located in a datacenter.
It is not recommended to do it that way, unless you absolutely know what you are doing.

Thanks for this link, got this working on a Google Cloud hosted Plex Server!
Also @OttoKerner I think the OP was referencing a cloud-hosted Plex server not “Plex Cloud,” so strictly speaking what they’re looking for is possible. Just not on the actual Plex Cloud
