DVR recording fails - sporadic

Today i tried to record 4 channels simultaneously and capture the logs. Because of sporadic failures in the past i set up 4 different start times.
20:05 OK
20:06 OK
20:07 failed
20:08 failed
So, 2 of the working fine, but the other 2 failed.
(If you sit next to the DVR, you can delete and reconfigure the failed recordings 2-3 times, then it’s working fine for all 4 channels.)
Same problem happened also on Windows 10 PMS in the past.

Also switching the channel when watching live-dvr-tv from EPG sometimes fails.

Same issue with even just one recording. Not a single completed recording int he last 2 days, after probably 20 tries.

Sometimes only reboot the Plex Server (SynologyNAS) helps.

I have looked at the most recent logs you sent me privately and the last set of failures seem to be due to low signal level

These were the logged signal level stats logged by the Plex Tuner Service

The two recordings failures were due to failing to start and timing out after 25 seconds whilst attempting to tune. The failed timeouts coincide with the lower signal level of 44

The previous logs I looked at showed early termination of recordings before the end time and I will be following this up with some extra diagnostics
