Alot of Recording failures

I have been experiencing alot of recording failures last few days. Sometimes only after a few minutes…others 45min into the recording. I have a HDHomeRun Quatro. I think it seems to be when recording more than one thing at a time but cant be sure.

I have verified that the tuner is fine…all the signal strengths are good (100%) and that no other devices were utilizing the tuners.

Has been happening pretty consistent over last few days. Worked great prior.
