DVR Recording has no sound track (Tuner)

I found a similar problem posted. It doesn’t appear to have any solution either.

DVR recording HD with no sound

I attempted to use the DVR feature this morning for the first time. I’m using an HD HomeRun Connect. Watching the channels live directly on a PC from the HD HomeRun Connect seems to work fine, however, the recording has come out with no audio. Not just silence, the Plex interface says it has no audio track. It’s an HD recording off 124 CBEEBHD in the UK for what it’s worth. I had the “Convert video while recording” option in the Device Settings set to Transcode as the server Plex is running on…
