I’ve noticed that no matter the EPG, if the shows start time is a round 15 minute block, the show doesn’t start to record at the correct time or able to be selected correctly.
Example, if a show is starts at 9:03 and finishes at 10:07, it will only show as 9:00 - 10:00.
So we end up recording 3 minutes of another show, which if partial airings is enabled will appear, and missing the last 7 minutes.
I know you can change the start before and after times but as showtimes change and variances change it can just make the problem worse, this also is probably why remove commericals don’t work very well as it’s not a a true representation of the start time as there is somewhat a rule of thumb when ads are to occur on shows (which I assume you are following).
Can you please get Plex to honour the xmltv data injected into it regardless of source (gracenote or icetv, etc) for time properly (identically)?
