If I want to record 2 shows at the same time do I need a multi tuner card or can I just buy a single tuner card. Sorry if this has been asked should be on FAQ as well as letting you know you need to have a tuner before subscribing to plex pass. Thanks
The HD Home Run OTA DVR’s have two tuners built in so you can record two shows at once with them by default in Plex.
They do have a real descriptive picture explaining the Live TV Solution if you click on the Learn More link on the plex.tv homepage when the Introducing Plex Live TV & DVR is displayed. Actually says to connect your Digital Tuner and shows supported tuners below the image. Didn’t include the supported tuners in the image captured but you can see them if you go to: https://www.plex.tv/features/live-tv-dvr/.
