DVR Schedule says no upcoming local news and no longer records although Guide shows they are set

My best guess is that there is an issue with the guide data. See here:

DVR suddenly stopped scheduling local programs

I rolled back two versions in hopes that would fix. No luck, still have the issue. Appears to be a guide issue. Help Plex!
