DVR scheduling is a essential basic function for many users. The new version of the app was released with major functions missing that were called out many times during beta.
Stability, usability, and a full function set had become one of the hallmarks that brought people to Plex over their competition, but that is being lost. I realize that there were internal drivers at Plex that lead to this decision, but releasing an app from beta with so many functions missing is hurting the public perception of Plex.

Some amount time greater than the week since the app was rolled out to the masses and less than the time left until the heat death of the universe.
