When attempting to set up the DVR, plex fails to retrieve the channel lineup.
I entered my zip code and it successfully recognized my location, as well as pulling channel mappings, however was unable to show the channel lineup from my tuner.
The logs show the following

At this point I am not sure where to go from here. Any help or pointers would be appreciates
