DVR Setup gets to a certain point and then can't progress

I am a long time Plex Pass holder trying to setup Plex Live TV and DVR. I can get all the way through the setup til the attached screen, then the install hangs at step 6. Orange icon just continues to spin…for hours.

I have a

PlexPass Lifetime
Plex 1.11.0.4666 installed as a service on a WSE2012R2 installation.
HDHR Prime. Installed and working.
I have followed the Setup guide

I’m sure its something simple…Ideas?

I know others running Windows Server 2012 have had issues. I would suggest searching the forum to see if any of the others found a solution.

Thats what I was afraid of…

Of course the only reason I keep the Server version instead of just a strait Win10 box is the ease of a bare metal restore that the Windows Server gets you…the days of work that has saved me over the years makes it hard to give up.
