Setup hangs at the point Plex looks for the best program guide.
I am in the UK and using Freeview OTA.
Any ideas on how I might resolve this?

Same issue here as well, first time tuner set up with a Hauppage WinTV-QuadHD.
I have got a couple of steps further. I haven’t changed anything but tried again and again and all of a sudden it worked? It finds me a number of program guides. It doesn’t matter which one I select the correct one or the other available at my postcode but it fails to map any channels. In fact, there are no guide channels available to map to the device channels?
How long did it take during scanning to get to this step. Still no luck with mine.
There are a couple of other threads regarding this in the last day or so, one suggests turning browser tracking protection off - usually off by default but - no luck for me but might be worth trying.

Once I eventually got past it hanging at 0% it took less than 10 seconds to find the guides. But I still have no channels in the guides to match up with the channels it finds in the earlier scan.

I’ve now got to the same stage as you agtom.
At least it is good to see it isn’t an isolated issue.
For the moment, I have clicked ‘I have an XMLTV Programme Guide on my Server’ and used this feed http://www.xmltv.co.uk/feed/6582. Which provides a UK feed, this allows me to map channels which suggests it is an issue with finding EPG data from Plex. It could be a server issue which will be resolved, I will keep trying the postcode based mapping anyway as I would rather use the official Plex guide data as I feel like it is less likely to dissapear one day.
