DVR has not been recording shows went in to see why and I cant get the guide. Deleted the HDhomerun to start over when I get to the channel guide keeps saying Unable to fetch Guide settings.
Also having this issue. I have been trying all day to get past the “Unable to Fetch Data” message. I have uninstalled Plex and HDhomerun and reinstalled.

Yep, me too and I only signed up for a Plex pass yesterday to get the DVR!
I am also having the same issue. Been using plex for DVR for about 2 years. I noticed some of my shows weren’t recording over the past few weeks. I’ve been trying to figure it out off and on but this morning I don’t see the guide. I’ve tried to delete and re-add my dvr. I got a message that said unable to delete DVR and now I see a message with the screen to add a DVR “Unable to load DVRs”
I use the HD HomeRun Prime with Comcast. I run a docker container for plex and it is on the latest version.
Looks like the last show recorded on 7/21 With several shows showing as recorded but don’t have the “play” icon and the show wasn’t recorded.
Update: After trying to get my HDHomeRun Set up for 9 hours yesterday and 3 today, I found this information on another discussion: how to install update manually
This created a new server which then I was able to connect to HDHomeRun (finally). I took that information and now I’m attempting to set up my original server onto LiveTV/DVR. I’ll reply back if it works.
Running version v1.16.3.1402-22929c8a2 plus Hdhomerun firmware 20190621.
Same status using Nvidia shield and HDHomerun. Worked previously.
Has anybody got a fix yet?
I got the guide working on a Synology Nas server in the end. Uninstalled and reinstalled server and the guide seemed to work. Getting the DVR to record… That’s a whole different ball game!
