Setting up DVR freezes on the screen following the post code entry (UK). This is using a HDHomerun Quatro and PMS run-in on a Mac mini (2018). It has been stuck like this fort the last 3 days. I removed it in order to re-add the tuner as it wasn’t pulling any EPG data.

I had this same problem on my Synology NAS. I downloaded Plex server application from plex website and reinstalled it over the plex server application that came with the server and it found the HDhomerun device and set everything up perfectly.
