DVR - "To Be Announced" UK Freeview EPG issues

I’ve been seeing problems with Emmerdale for the past couple of weeks, in that it seems to be skipping episodes. But when I look at the EPG there are many shows/episodes, over a week+ view that are just classed as “To Be Announced”.

I’m using the correct Freeview guide (in Plex) and it’s happily grabbing updates every day. But these, seemingly random, tv shows/episodes don’t change from TBA???

I know this isn’t a simple UK thing, as I’ve been using OTA EPG to collect data (not used in Plex) and the shows/episodes are showing perfectly fine. So I’m assuming this is yet another set of problems with EPG provider(s) (Gracenote?)???

FYI Emmerdale is usually on 5 days a week (Mon to Fri), but here’s a screenshot of the Plex’s EPG:

It’s a known issue (“To Be Announced” in guide) and is being investigated. At least according to this thread.

Cheers @pshanew, I did try and do some quick searches before but got nowhere finding anything useful or recent. I didn’t expect people to posting back in such an old topic/thread!
