I found an article for advanced option control in plex. It lists several types of servers but not QNAP.

Does anyone know where we can control something like LongRunningJobThreads ?

Sonic has taken nearly two weeks to process my music libary but it keeps stalling.

When i run ‘top’, i can see two processes running. I’ve 4 cores in the qnap. and it looks like one process grabs 3, leaving just one for the second process and everything else.

I thought I’d lower the value to 1 and see if that helped stop it pausing, but not sure where to update the variable.

ah… I think thats the non-NG version. Is Webtools NG compatible with QNAP ?

For QNAP it should be in /.qpkg/PlexMediaServer/Library/Plex Media Server ( might be a bit different depending on which version of OS you have running) https://support.plex.tv/articles/202915258-where-is-the-plex-media-server-data-directory-located/

What I do is make a shared folder in FileStation to /.qpkg/PlexMediaServer which i then can mount to my computer to access the files.
