Can't reconfigure Plex with QNAP

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.31.1.6716-ca0c45ff8-x86_64.qpkg

Since the last update of Plex, My plex media server is not working at all on my QNAP TS-46x. I tempted to remove the server from my account and reconfigure it but for some reason it is telling me to get plex media server!

What should I do ? Many thanks in advance for your help !

I’ve had the same. I trying to change QTS (4.3.4.xxxx) to older versions, and installed older PMS (as from qnap.com, and also from plex.tv) nothing to help. Server area doesn’t appears into settings tree and time by time I saw a proposition to download a PMS as shown on picture above.
Clean setup or upgrade from older version PMS – does not matter. Clean any files/folders (blah-blah-Plex-blah-blah) after uninstallation PMS from QNAP – nothing to changed.
Attempts to enter directly http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:32400/web/index.html#!/settings/server/ – getting no success.
I sappose it may had some common configuration files into /usr (or somewhere else) the same as into windows registery. But I dont know to find it by myself.
In some sources I was find solution to change an IP-address of Plex box into router settings, it was help for some guy. My experience of changing IP was not success.
Still need solution. Please sombody help.

it is the preferences.xml file which should be in the data folder /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/PlexMediaServer/Library/Plex media Server but that path may not be the exact same on your system

I carefully delete anything Plex contains in file or directory names manually after uninstalling PMS.
Perhaps the remnants of the configuration related to PMS are in other files or folders (conditionally /etc/unit.d or something like that)

if you reinstalled the server then the logs folder should be in that same directory which we will need to look into it.

Hey there, Logs are here. Thank you for your help.

hey all, sorry for the late response. I found the solution on the forums here.
