Getting log files:

Let me detail as much as I can.
My set up is one Plex account with two Plex servers. One Plex server on a qnap (I have two qnap nas). For some reason Plex lost connection to one of the QNAP NAS
Plex says I need to Claim the Plex server but pressing the button does not work.
This is what I have done.
1 - I updated the Plex server to the latest release. This did not work.
2 - I deleted the Plex server on the qnap and re-installed. Pressed the claim button and that did not work
3 - I deleted the Plex server on the qnap, re-installed, updated to the latest version. Pressed the claim button and that did not work.
I deleted the Plex server on the qnap, re-installed, setup a new Plex account, linked the Plex server to the new plex account. Plex said the Plex server had to be claimed. Pressed the button and it did not work.
Connected by my iPhone on the Plex app. It said I had to claim the plex server. Pressed the claim button and it did not worked.
Checked if the NAS has internet and it’s fine. Changed network leads to be sure
The other Plex server is fine with no issues.

Thank you for that great detail.
There’s functionality I’ve added to the Synology package but not yet been able to work into QNAP due to the lack of a GUI in the QDK system.
That deficiency is: How to clean up after uninstalling.
The problem the package faces is that Plex.tv also knows about the server.
The package can’t ask you if you’re downgrading or want to remove completely,
nor can it ask if you want to erase what’s there and start fresh. (your case)
Until I solve that problem (which I’m working with QNAP about), is:
PlexData anywhere you want.The solution for you is:
Now it will start cleanly, with no apriori knowledge of what was previously installed.
