Email address already taken

Hi.

About a month ago, I tried to install Plex Media Server on my Synology. As a newbie, I failed to install it. I thought that it was because of my account linked to a friend’s Plex Server. So I deleted my account and I created a new one using an old email address.

Now that my own Plex server is working, I would like to change my old and unused email address to my recent email address (used with my deleted Plex account). The site says that the email address is already taken. I know that because it was linked to my deleted Plex account ! But I really would like to associate my recent email address to my actuel Plex account. The same way as the email address, it says that the username is already taken but this is my deleted account, so I would like to take it back and associate it to my new Plex account.

Can you do something for me ? I hope I explained my problem well !

The email adresses used by a deleted account will be released after one month. This was shown to you when you deleted the account.

Wait one month, then try to change the email address again. It should succeed this time.
