Email and Password issues that I need help to fix

I need help with my account. I changed my password by your email request several weeks back, now it does work. I also find that I can not request a password reset to the attached email since I no longer have that email address active.

I have my lifetime plex pass attached to the @ptd.net account. I also somehow had and account open under @gmail.com witch is the email address I am currently using. I would like your help in clearing up my account and saving my plex pass I paid for.

I need to reset my password and have my email changed.

I just looked up your email in our ticket system, and you created 5 different tickets, and we did respond to 4 of them, and the last one is still pending

Just checked spam, no email. I can not access the email @ptd.net only @gmail.com. PTD was my old ISP who I no longer use.

Tickets where all created using the ptd email, so responses are sent to that.

Why do you create tickets with an email you can not read?

And suggest you open a new ticket using your gmail

My account with my plex pass is attached to the @ptd email. I will open a new ticket with the @gmail
