Hello, I don’t recieve emails from plex about important updates and offers… is this something that can be fixed?

Your email provider is notorious for delaying emails from Plex.
Please ask them whether they are silently dropping emails from @plex.tv or whether they are storing them in a special folder.

We don’t know the reasoning.

So I guess changing to my Gmail would help.

Have you checked junk mail, my outlook account sometimes decides to send to my inbox or to my junk folder.
