Not receiving emails

Hi, I am not receiving emails from my Plex account. Originally I signed up so that I could recieve the discount letter but it has been a couple years now and I have never received any correspondence, much less the discount email. Is my email address possibly being blocked?

Your email provider is notorious for suppressing email from Plex.
I recommend you to contact them and tell them that this is not OK.
If they provide a ‘whitelist’ filter, put plex.tv into it.

As a last resort, move to a different email provider.
