Not receiving ANY plex emails, newsletters/offers

I think there is an issue within my account as I am not receiving any Plex emails (except for forgot password). newsletters, offers.

I tried to toggle it off and on again but to no avail. is it possible someone can look into my account. I have read somewhere there were some issues regarding that.

You unsubscribed from the newletters some time ago. And this must have gotten “stuck”.
Please try this:

  1. Go to account settings (https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/account)
  2. Toggle the newsletter off (and wait a couple of minutes)
  3. Toggle it back on

Hi, I did unsusbscribe indeed.

I did the toggling off and on again, waiting a bit more now.

I will revert back to this if it worked and I started receiving emails.
