Have Never Received Any Plex E-mails

I just noticed I have never received any type of e-mail from Plex. I’ve been missing out on the promos for lifetime. My e-mail on my account seems to be correct also. Was looking for help.

Check the spam filter settings on your account.
Your email provider doesn’t filter emails from plex by default.
If necessary, put plex.tv into the “white list”.

I checked the spam filter, and it doesn’t seem to be included. Just in case I did add it to the white list. But I haven’t received an e-mail in years, and I’ve always checked the spam folder. I only receive maybe 1-2 spam e-mails a month, and its never been a plex e-mail. How would I know if it is working?

You could request a Plex ‘password reset’ email for instance.
Open an ‘incognito’/‘private’ web browser tab,
go to https://www.plex.tv/ ,
‘Sign In’
click on the link ‘Forgot Password?’

(But please only once or twice!)

If you eventually get the email, don’t click on the link inside, but delete the email.

I did receive the password reset e-mail. I am subscribed to the newsletter, but have never received one.
