Hi everyone!
I have a problem with EPG guide for a new server configuration, in two other servers configured some time ago, the guide is working fine, one with Linux Ubuntu and the other one with Windows, in those servers reviewing the configuration I can see that I am using an EPG whose name is “Vodafone Portugal IPTV” however in this new configuration that list is no longer available.
In this new PLEX Windows configuration I can grab a list whose name is “Vodafone TV Net Voz (224 channels)” however this list returns 0 airings.
I don’t know how to grab the list from the working servers to this one, so no solution.
I read that Plex has a new contract for new EPG guides, don’t know is this is the reason for the current issue.
I appreciate your help because this is one of the main reasons I payed for a Plex Pass.

I was under the impression that the fix for Portugal would have arrived at the end of december…

They also say do not make any changes until they make an official announcement.

Unfortunately I reseted my DVR settings before reading that post… :sweat_smile:

Has anyone fixed this? Because I cannot get the EPG to populate too…
