EPG not adding channels to guide

Does anyone know how to get EPG to add channels to the guide. For almost a year now I have been going here: Plex EPG Inaccuracies (google.com) and telling them all the INFO on new channels and they never do anything. I have contaced them 6 times now and still nothing, any ideas on how to get this to happen?

That is one of the threads created by me a long time ago to report the problem. Plex support has reopened it for me to pursue this issue and it is looking like it is resolved now. I am still testing to make sure.

Yep, that wasn’t clear on my part. I was referring to the main thread; yours was just the post I happened to be on when I copied it.

List the details of the channels you’re missing and be sure include your ZIP code and any other relevant details.
