Empty folder on managed account

Hi, I;ve created a managed account for my grandchildren but when I switch user it shows the two shared folders and not having any content. I know it’s there because I can access the folders from my own account. Can anyone help please? Kind regards, T

Do you mean libraries?

Have you added addditional access restrictions to their accounts?
Or a Restriction Profile?

If you did that, do any of your movies have an age classification on them? And if they do, which country do these conform to?
Do you use a custom metadata agent to fetch a non-standard age rating for your movies?
