Enabling subtitles results in extreme distortion of video

Hello I am running into an issue that seems to only occur when enabling subtitles in any movie or tv show I attempt to watch. It does this for every video. This is also true on all of my devices so I’m sure it’s something with the server. I did not have this issue on my other Plex server running off a very old office computer.

I have Plex running on a Synology NAS Device and also have a plex pass with hardware transcoding enabled. I thought maybe it was an issue with transcoding in general but I am able to switch between various video qualities without an issue. This only occurs when I try to enable subs

I’m really at a loss here, any help and ideas are appreciated. Thanks!

Well that was much easier than I thought. Seemed like such a large bug that i didn’t think it would matter if I was a little behind. Now I know to keep religiously up to date, thanks so much!
