Endless loop of asking me to pin and claim my server. Not saving my settings?

Is anyone else experience an endless loop of ‘configuration’ when launching Plex on Windows 10?

Example, I have it auto start with my computer, I click in the taskbar to open it and then it asks me to configure what’s pinned to the desktop, and also to claim my server (I use plex only locally and do not sign in). I then update my libraries, etc and close my browser (Firefox). Plex is still running of course in the background

Come back a few hours or even minutes later, relaunch Plex from the taskbar and boom it wants me to configure my pinned stuff and reclaim again as if it’s not saving my settings.

This issue did not occur prior to 1.18.4.2171-ac2afe5f8
