Enhanced Player?

I have the 2020 ATV4K (i.e. not the one just released) but lately I’ve noticed audio sync problems. I’ve seen similar posts mentioned “Enhanced Player” possibly being the cause. I vaguely remember seeing that somewhere and possibly turned it on but now I can’t find it to know for sure (and turn it off if I did). Is it a setting in the Plex app or in the ATV?

I read elsewhere that it’s under the “experience” section in the Plex settings…but my “Experience” section doesn’t have that option.

The recent lip sync problem is crushing my movie enjoyment. Please help me get back to the old player…
