EPG time problem

Hello,

I need sone help with DVR and LIVE TV.

I use this EPG for hungary: http://epg.smtv.be/guide.xml

My problem is, in the Guide section, I can see the programs on wring time. For ex. I can see in Plex a program starts at 2:00pm, but in reality it starts at 4:00pm.
So there is a -2 hours time shift.

Maybe this is a timezone problem, but cant find how to fix it.
