I recently got the show Di-Gata Defenders for my nephew (as he’s into these types of shows) and the info (dispite being on thetvdb.com Di-Gata Defenders - TheTVDB.com ) doesnt fully show. In fact it only loads the first 3 episodes! what do I do to fix this?
What all have you tried so far to get the data to load?
I would go to the top level of the show and try a “Refresh all Metadata” first. If that doesn’t work, I’d then take a look at your agents and see how you have them ordered for TV…
I have tried refreshing the meta data several different times but to no avail. How would I make sure my agents are in the right order?
Settings>Agents>Shows>TheTVDB
But it’s unlikely this is the case if you’ve never changed it, the default settings work out of the box.
No that wasn’t it. I mean they where out of order but it’s still only the first three episode that are named in plex, I’m not sure what to try next.
Your last option I think, provided they’re all named correctly (which I think they are) is to try the plex dance:
