Episode naming issues

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing some issues with the automatic episode naming for the series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” specifically.

The the rest of the information, such as thumbnail, description, etc. seems to get pulled correctly from The TVDB.

The issue is that the title (in Plex) shows as just “STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS SEASON X” for each an every episode, although the actual titles are clearly available on TVDB.

I found previous threads with instructions on how to clear it and get it fixed, but it really didn’t solve the issue at all. Like I mentioned, the rest of the information really seems to be pulled correctly from TVDB, it’s just the episode names, and for this specific series alone.
Threads:

The file structure on my hard drive should be no issue.

I also went ahead and got the logs, in case they might help.
Plex Media (2.8 MB)

Any clues as to why these episodes are getting named incorrectly? Any ways to resolve it?

The system wouldn’t let me post without removing all the links, so here they come:
The show on TVDB seems to connect correctly.

But Plex shows it all wrong

As so often, I assume incorrectly embedded metadata.

Go to

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB

In there, grab the line ‘Local Media Assets’ with your mouse and drag it downwards, so it ends up being at the bottom of the stack of active agents.
Repeat the same under

  • Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheMovieDatabase
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie
  • Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase

Afterwards, ‘Refresh Metadata’ of the whole show.

That does indeed seem to have been the issue. The titles looks to be correct after the reorder and refresh.
Thanks!
