Hi, I mentioned this on Reddit too, where within the last few weeks for some reason if I add tv episodes it will list everything like the screenshot, the episode name, the date of the episode etc. but the episode description will be missing, aka the synopsis.
I just added a season of a show tonight and only the first episode is missing the synopsis, which has happened in other testing before (for this issue, via the subreddit post.) I think I’ve been running this server since 2017 or 2018 and never had this happen before. Most of the time if I hit Refresh Metadata it will instantly populate the missing synopsis. This is at server level via Plex Web but any client basically is missing only synopsis data, just like the server.
This server is running on Windows 11 26H2, and initially started on Windows 10. Main specs are 5700x, 32 gigs, RTX 3060 for hw transcoding, C drive is an SSD.
