I’m having the issue of plex not updating information in episodes for a particular show anymore.
I added two episodes from two seperate shows at the same time, one show gets its episode updated with description and the other episode does not.
If you look in Plex Media Scanner.1.log (112.0 KB)
You will see that they are both being looked at according to plex. In this case its regarding " Sword Art Online - S04E15 - Instigation.mkv ", this epsiode is not getting updated in Plex while " Tower of God - 1x01 - BALL.mkv " gets updated with description in Plex.
I’m using filebot atm to rename everything and its using the standard of “name of show - 1x12 - episode” as an example which has worked before without any issues but I tried using the " name - SxEx - title " format as well.
Please help, its getting frustrating having to add this information manually since it has been working before.
