Episodes re-downloading

Hi,

I have a couple of series I download to my daughters iPad a couple of hundred episodes have synced.

However I have noticed that a few days after the sync seems to have completed, the episodes appear to start re downloading again, having to wait hours for the sync to have completed.

This seems to be a weekly issue that just keeps repeating. Download completes, but then a few day later I re open the app, and boom 300 episodes start downloading again.

I have set the items to never delete so am not sure what is going on?

Any ideas.

I’m having the exact same problem. It even started doing it while I was on a plane with no internet. So all the episodes I downloaded for the flight all if a sudden disappeared and tried to re-download.

Same problem. Downloaded several shows for a long plane ride. Noticed while I was in the airport that plex was trying to redownload all of the shows once I connected to the airport wifi. Left without any of it for a 10hour flight. Going to be cancelling my Plex Pass if this doesn’t get fixed soon.

It’s been months and no reply from Plex on this??? Surely we can’t be the only ones having this problem.

Can you provide the logs right after it happens
