Erase all 'Biography' and 'Review' fields

I do not want to be distracted by [Artist] Biographies or [Album] Reviews while browsing my library. Are there any operations I can run on my library through the player, or from the media server CLI, that will drop all of this unwanted data as one job?

My music library runs to 36K items: I am not wild with enthusiasm at the prospect of manually removing it entry by entry, or at scrapping the library and starting over with a fresh import (which has generally required extensive metadata aftercare - most usually when Plex decides to assign credit for around 70% of the Various Artists library to an arbitrarily selected single artist).

Server Version#: 1.18.3.2156
Player Version#: 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4

My server library is configured to use { Scanner: ‘Plex Music Scanner’, Agent: ‘Personal Media Artists’ }.

I’m surprised you would even get artist info using the Personal Media Artist agent.
With the current generation agent, there’s dedicated options per library allowing you to configure if you want Plex to include those bios and reviews (Advanced > Artist Bios & Album Reviews and Critic Ratings) – with that there should be no need to tinker in the database.
