Unable to access server

System: WD My Cloud PR4100

Everything seems to be working correctly on my NAS. However; I just updated the Plex server running on my NAS. After a few minutes of the database migration webpage then was just getting ‘connection refused’ in chrome when trying to access the server. No player can connect to the server. I tried reinstalling the update, rebooting the NAS, disabling and re-enabling Plex, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am still unable to access the Plex server.
